About Me

Professional
Kurt graduated from Linfield University with a degree in Accounting, where he was also a member of the baseball program. His professional background in both public accounting and education are fields that allowed him to develop strong analytical skills while working closely with individuals and families. Those experiences continue to influence his approach today, placing an emphasis on trust, communication, and long-term relationships.

Kurt is pursuing both his CFP® designation and CMT® certification as he continues to build his expertise in the financial services industry. At KMWM, he works closely with families and individuals to develop personalized financial strategies, helping clients build confidence in their financial future through planning, disciplined investing, and long-term wealth management.

Personal
Kurt and his wife, Kate, are proud parents to their one year old son, Beckham. Kate is a nurse in the Mother/Baby Unit at Salem Hospital, where she is passionate about caring for new mothers and their families.

Outside of work, Kurt and Kate enjoy spending time together as a family, traveling, and creating new memories with Beckham. They are passionate sports fans and can often be found cheering on the Oregon State Beavers and the Seattle Mariners throughout the year.
